Planned Giving

We all want the ability to continue to make a difference in the lives of those living with hypothalamic hamartomas.  You may want to make this impact as part of your will by identifying Hope for Hypothalamic Hamartomas as either a beneficiary or a contingent beneficiary of your will.

If you decide to include Hope for HH in your will, you may wish to discuss the inclusion of the following language with your attorney:

“I hereby devise and bequeath (insert a sum, percentage, or residue/remainder) to Hope for Hypothalamic Hamartomas, federal tax ID # 27-1433464 a non-profit corporation in Buckeye, Arizona for its unrestricted use and purpose.”

Decisions about legacy gifts are some of the most important choices you will ever make. We would be deeply honored if you chose to help create a future where no one has to suffer the debilitating effects of epilepsy.
